Activities of the department
Ensuring the protocol of the Mayor of the City and of the Vice-Mayors.
Provision of information to citizens by means of a press agent and the ‘České Budějovice Town Hall’ Newspaper.
Legal activities, creating and editing of generally-binding internal regulations, provision of information according to Act No. 106/1999 Coll.
Organising meetings of the Municipal Board and the Municipal Council as far as their organisational aspect and content are concerned.
Cooperation with partner cities, development of contacts with foreign institutions, associations and other entities.
Organising the preparation of the municipality for emergency situations, preparation of a crisis plan and a plan of crisis readiness of the municipality.
