The Inspection Department of the City Council is located in the historical Town Hall at Přemysl Otakar II. Square, Nos.1/2.
The Department carries out on the one hand inspection of the economy of the participating organisations for whom the founder is the city of České Budějovice, and also the inspection of the economy of the individual departments of the City Council of České Budějovice.
The inspection activity of the Inspection Department is carried out above all according to Law no. 320/2001 Coll., regarding the financial control and the relevant executive regulation no. 416/2004 Coll.
